--What are the themes or messages you're exploring in your current WiP?

Oh, that one is easy! The tensions between competition and cooperation, the need to balance independence and collaboration to reach the pinnacle of any creative art. I'm getting there! I desperately want to finish my grading and focus on the book, but I still have maybe 2 or 3 hours of grading to do. Wish me luck! And let me know what your themes and messages are shaping up to be!

Those sound really interesting! Good luck with your grading! I hope you were able to get through it without any issue and work on your book. :D

I am not sure what the overall theme for my wip is. It probably would have to do with Lois's journey to find out who she is and realizing that she can still be strong and independent while letting someone else (Clark) in.

I think we both have themes of independence going on! Though yours has that extra secret-identity and trust level, which is one of my absolute favorite things about superhero stories.

I'd say my theme is What the heck happened to Harvey? ☺️

It's mostly a mystery as Bruce and Dick struggle to reevaluate their relationship. I mean, can Bruce really stop manipulating? 😝

At the relational level I think that Bruce's manipulative tendencies, and if the people who love him can learn to live with some level of them while he learns to mayyyybe tone it down a bit (lol) is a really interesting theme as well!
