--What part of writing is the most fun?

Planning! I love making timelines, maps, family trees, all the worldbuilding material. Even outlining is kind of fun!

My exchange fic is due at the end of the months and in that case planning is coming up with potential demonic holidays and traditions, which was a lot of fun. The actual writing has been pretty fun too, actually! I hope you've enjoyed your writing this week as well...

When I get into the zone and the words just flow. Also, worldbuilding. ☺️

Oh, man, I really shouldn't have recently binge-watched an old favorite TV show. Now I have ideas! 😁

Flow is the best feeling! Also, getting great ideas for old canons can also be fun! It's a lot less pressure than something current, at least, and you can relax and just let things develop where you want. I hope you can indulge yourself!

Probably the daydreaming and imagining the fic and how it goes together. Sometimes, when I'm inspired and the words really get going, that can be fun too. Not so much if there's writer's block.

Good luck with the exchange fic! That does sound interesting in terms of what you're planning and it is that the writing has been fun as well.

The daydreaming is the best! I always love when I've got a passage that I'm polishing in my mind and I don't have to worry about actually connecting it to a plot, lol.
