--How does your most recent POV character see themselves?

Always an interesting question with Clark, with his fractured identity! Usually he sees himself as Clark, as the kid from Kansas. He struggles with accepting his alien side, although of course the healthiest and most grounded versions of him manage it. How about your characters, what are their senses of themselves?

Smallville Lex is very complex. He likes to see himself as striving to be worthy of being a good person and fitting into Smallville, and being worthy of being Clark's friend (and more). He's worried about somehow turning bad and following in his father's footsteps, a legitimate worry, as we saw in the show. Lex tries hard but always has a sense of doom hanging around him. Clark could fix that if they stay friends (and more). :)

Today's our first snowfall, the day before Halloween! Winter's early this year. :)
