--If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose?

Oooooh. *starry eyes* I think I'd go with 36 Views of Mt. Fuji, because there'd be lots of Japanese scenery (and cute guys taking baths, muahaha). Also it has an extended dream-world sequence and it would be fun to break into a sort of strange CG for that...

I am in the US right now at a conference! Dealing with jet lag, BUT I got a lot of writing done on the plane ride and when a panel isn't interesting I cheat and work a little more (I've gotten a surprising amount done with the latter method...sorry, academic paper on the use of emoticons!). Oh, today I went to a panel on comic-book rhetoric which was one of the better so far, although the participants spent a distressing amount of time bashing DC over Marvel, boooo. Can't we all just get along? (Admittedly, DC deserved some of it).

Oh Gawd! Talk about hard questions! I can't say all of them, right? *grin*

I think I'd choose either Destiny in the Blood (though that would have to be porn), Forbidden Fortress (whee! Clark clones everywhere!) or Artifacts of Awareness on the original side. Thought I would dearly love to have my Mouse and Snake series made visual--I think the Web would be utterly stunning. I just don't have a book that would warrant that yet. Yet. ;)

:D Hey, welcome to the US! And congratulations on writing on the plane. I rarely manage that when traveling. And yeah, DC versus Marvel is a pointless discussion. Both sides have messed things up and will inevitably continue to mess things up. But ah, DC did kill my fanfic muses so they're lower in my book atm.

Well, there is that--we are always more angry at the loved ones who betray us than the acquaintances, and I can understand that all too well about DC. *sighs*

Filming a story with lots of clones would be a lot of fun! And yeah, almost anything long of mine would have to be porn--I suppose they could just make it "artsy NC-17"? :)

I got a good chunk of writing done on the flight back as well, so all things considered it was a good trip, I think! Yuletide fic is at nearly 7,000 words and only 2/3 done, I think... *pants*

My answer, rather blandly, is the whole thing. There isn't a particular scene I am super enamored of seeing visually. Though I have come around to wanting to see it animated rather than done in live action.

Well, yours is a special case because you have the One Big Masterwork, after all! And I can definitely see it animated more easily--alas, if only because finding actors for some of your more diverse roles would be difficult...

Also the few I have preferred actors for will have aged out of the roles by the time I finish.
