This is definitely something I can struggle with! I also tend to get bored of scenes as I am writing them and wander off lol Mid-sentence sometimes... I gotta work on that. I would say that working on the "boring" parts is something that really held me back for some of the things I wanted to finish in November aaand. They are still sitting there, unfinished. It's kind of hard to say, though, whether it was the "boring" stuff that got me, or that my mood was bad and my depression high all of November. And that uh, that definitely makes the boring bits a lot harder for me to get through. DX

I seem to be the odd one here, haha! I actually enjoy editing, as it means I finally finished something and I get to go back and make it better, since I know my first drafts are always a mess. (Per the aforementioned unfinished sentence thing I do lol) I like finding all the creative strands I missed the first go around and seeing where they take me and if they were a better option than what I wrote the first time!
