At its best, my current WIP’s dialogue is…

At its best... understatedly romantic, if I'm doing it right? There's a veneer of snark and banter, but a lot of emotions right under the surface. How is the dialogue on your front? What's humming along for you?

Done! *laughs* I finished it last night and haven't started anything new. Well, other than my still-not-finished novel, so I suppose I can answer for that. (I'm barely awake and thus silly this morning)

So, for the novel, the dialog tends towards... introspective with a heavy side of snark, I think. There's a lot of discussion of mental illness and how it affects you between the romantic bits.

I'm hoping to finish the last chapter or two on the novel and then work on short stories through the end of the year. We'll see how that goes, of course. Good luck on your writing!

Just started a new WIP today and... Well, not really sure how to answer this one. xD One character is talking, screaming really, the other one isn't saying anything. Neither one of them is overly verbal to begin with and now... Well, now it just sucks. lol And it sucks in the "there can be no possible happy ending here" way. But that's what I get for starting a Berserk fic with Guts and Griffith. lol Dialogue is gonna be rough and hard to write. xD
