--If s/he had to choose, with whom would your most recent POV character prefer to live?

Oh, this one is painfully easy--movieverse Diana is my most recent POV character, and in current movie canon I'm sure she'd give a lot to find Themyscira and see her mother and all her sisters again! I feel like she's made her peace with being in our world by the current canon "now," but that she doesn't feel truly at home anywhere here...

So yes, I wrote another movieverse Diana story and I'm happy about that! Just short snippets for now, but it's a pleasure to write her. I hope writing is going well for you too!

Rorden is perfectly happy living with his dog thank you very much. He in no way wants to settle down with a spouse and live comfortably and happily on a farm again, nope. No thank you. (;P). Because of his deep separation of sex and love, in that dream he imagined himself proposing a sexless but loving marriage to a kind maiden who wanted to keep her virtue and adopting children, when he dared even dream about it. Sexually, he's attracted to men, so if he ever got *gasp* actual happiness, it'd be with one of those. In truth he'd be happiest with a sexual lover who loves him, getting used to the notion of those being the same thing, but never settling down anywhere again - having someone in his life as committed to Doing Good as he is to follow him through the world in his quest to make people's lives better (which is hwy he's so disappointed someone has handed him their heart on a platter and it's this prince asshole).

Sian wants his family close by at all times, he dreams of inheriting the inn from Eldyn (that was, in fact, the plan, since he is the older brother in this version, DRH Sean is the younger brother). If Kemaer proves to be true this time, he'd be happy to include him too. Having grown up around and being used to the inn life, it's his ideal way to live - surrounded by friendly regulars and strangers in need of a roof.

Failing her family back from the dead, Mary wants to stick with the Fairshadow family, wherever that might lead. She has her species' innate drive of loyalty to friends, and considers herself to owe them a debt she can never repay. She has no great notions of finding a mate, though she wouldn't rule it out, to her friendships are more important to her.

Wpow, it's clear Rorden is a really interesting character when it comes to his relationships! I'm such a sucker for characters who have convinced themselves they don't want love when really they don't trust the promise and the risk of it...
