--If your most recent POV character could choose a different identity, who would s/he be?

Oh, this is a weird one because my most recent POV character is the narrator in what's basically an outsider POV story, another professional wrestler named Cesaro. And since he's handsome, urbane, fashionable and speaks four languages fluently...uh, I don't know if he'd change a thing! I think canonically he has sometimes wished to be a debonair spy like James Bond, so that might be what he'd go for. Also, he would like to have more hair, although he looks damn fine bald.

*giggle-snort* And here I was just writing Xun Rosario, God-killer and gardener, thinking about how she didn't want to be the God of Death after she dies. *grin*

I think this entire story (I'm only 650 words into it) will be about Xun wrestling with all the ways she's changed over the course of the stories and either doing something about it or accepting it as good enough not to fight it. Not sure, of course. I'm only just begun on the story.

Writing has been a little slower than normal this week but that's because I realized that I need to retag and reformat a huge number of my published works. So that's eating my time. Can't be helped. It's one of those maintenance things that I wish I could hire someone for. *shrug*

Honestly, given Cesaro's qualities I'd want to stay the same, too. ;)

That sounds super-cool! I'm running way behind; has she gotten any closer to deciding?

Reformatting is an infinite pain! I hate when those kinds of maintenance things shift...

And yes, Cesaro is annoyingly perfect. (Ironically, right after I posted that he "turned evil" in canon, which I guess makes sense considering how obnoxiously skilled and actually nice the real-life guy who plays him is. Sometimes it seems like his only flaw is that he's too darn nice...)

For Dorian, it's almost too dead-on obvious. He would be a rock star, given his choice! The life he lives, secluded in one spot, only leaving when on a mission or called on to help his friends, devoted to watching the clutch forever - touring would allow him to see the world, he could put his charisma to an obvious use, and he'd get to pursue his passion for music.
