Having wrapped up our latest batch of questions, I thought I'd play some Fun with AO3 Stats! Obviously if you don't post on AO3 or if you're talking mostly original work, feel free to use your own estimates. First question!

--What’s your first and second most common work ratings?

For me it's:

General Audiences (237)
Teen And Up Audiences (113)

I like writing explicit stuff when I'm inspired, but on the whole I usually end up with stories for a more general audience--my mature and explicit-rated stories are pretty much tied at 40 each, a big drop-off. I've been inspired lately so I'll be trying to run those numbers up a bit, I guess! This week was all gen, though, and not as much progress as I'd like--not bad but not inspiring. How about you?

Huh, I haven't posted anything to AO3 for so long that I don't know if it'd even be valid. But on my original stuff I'm pretty much teen and up lately. There's a little mature stuff but not much. It just doesn't seem to sell the way it used to and I'm having fun with what I'm writing.

It's been an okay for me. Not quite as much done as I wanted because life and work were far too busy but I still did reasonably well on the word count and I just got a new romance novel uploaded to all the sites. It's the SF one I was working on a little while ago. I'm currently writing its sequel and kinda flailing at the moment of where to go. A good night's sleep should help me figure it out.

Not sure how much writing I'll be doing next week though as I'm going on vacation with the hubby from Fri to Mon. I'll take the computer but I'll be surprised if I manage more than 500 words per day. Just enough to keep me going, probably. But vacation is important too.

Really? That's interesting! What do you think has changed?

(And yeah, I was pretty sure you wouldn't have any AO3 stats, but I was hoping you could answer anyway! The later ones might be tougher when we get to fandoms and pairings, but I figure you can answer with which worlds and characters you like writing most?)

I hope the vacation is going great! Relaxation and rebooting is important too...
