Tell us about your current project(s) – what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it?

Let's start off the new year with sharing about current projects! I've started working on an essay--not fiction, sadly--about hunting down an obscure video and finally finding it last year. It's going to involve a fair amount of shifting back and forth in time, which is always a challenge--how to get the timeline to make sense so readers get the information in the order that works best for a slow build! I actually write nonlinear narratives more in nonfiction than in fiction, it turns out...
