Welp, the most recent issue of Superman has Clark becoming a professional wrestler, and now that my fanfic is some level of canon I don't know what do with myself, lol! *waves hands vaguely in the air* I got past my block and am moving along well this week, my time loop story is completed at 15,000 words (the superhero version of it that I want to write will be a lot shorter, simply because Bruce will spend a LOT less time confused and/or deciding to be a hedonist and will just get down to fixing things), and I'm feeling pretty good! How about you?

This week is going exactly how I expected it to: There is no writing. A coworker is out, gall bladder surgery, and I'm covering for her job and mine. Well, it's more I'm covering her job INSTEAD of mine but that's because I'm still getting a handle on what needs to be done and how. She'll be gone a week and damn, I'm feeling every single minute of it.

That said, I'm currently working on getting a short story published so I'm not completely away from creative things. I'm just not writing. *shrug* Can't be helped. By next week I should be back at things, always presuming that she isn't out longer than expected. Endoscopic surgery is a beautiful thing and I really, really, REALLY hope she recovers fast! *rueful smile*

Blahhhh. I mean, it's good that your brain is still being creative, but it's so frustrating! You'll get through it (and endoscopic surgery is amazing! I'm glad we live in an age with it...)
