Eeeeek. In general I would choose what I actually have, which is inspiration and motivation. I'll write in the scraps of time I can find here or there, I'll write a sentence at a time, tapped out on my phone while waiting in line for groceries (a situation I experienced this week!) if I must, but without the other two what's the point? Certainly I would like more time too, though! :) How about you, what's your ideal and what do you actually have recently?

Inspiration and Time. Always. I don't necessarily need the motivation given that I've built some pretty solid habits of writing every day. (I think I might be cheating on the answer but I'm still standing with it)

My ideal would be all three, of course, but I really would pick inspiration and time every single time.

I've given myself all three this week though time's the biggest challenge. I decided to try a scaled down version of a challenge Dean Wesley Smith (one of the pro writers I follow) set for himself. He wrote 31 stories in 31 days in July and actually got 32 done. I'm trying to write 7 stories in 7 days, starting Monday. So far I have four stories done which is like awesome and stunning. I didn't expect to succeed this well.

The downside is that I haven't gotten anything ready to publish this week but hey, writing is good.

Hope you manage to corral time, inspiration and motivation to get lots of writing done this week!
