So much writing done on airplanes this week. SO MUCH. Sadly very little of it being the stuff I should be writing, but fanfic is not about shoulds, right? ;) How about you, how you are balancing your shoulds and your desires when it comes to writing this week?

Yay for getting writing done! :D I have a terrible time writing in planes but hey, writing time is writing time, yes?

I've done pretty well over the last week. I finished edits to the second book of my trilogy and I'm just staring on the third book. It's the roughest of the three so I expect that it'll take a bit more redrafting of chapters. The secondary POV characters have changed so much that I need to fix a LOT.

I got last week's short story up and this week's short story is about ready to go up. Kobo is surprisingly slow at approving books. *grumbles at them* But it's progress. I should also work on getting a collection up for next week as I've got enough short stories written to make it worthwhile.

So yes, busy and more or less successful even though I really want to go write an erotica novella instead of finishing edits on the trilogy. *scrabbles at desk* It's been too long since I wrote that series! *sad face* But I'll hold out until the edits are done. I don't want to split my focus right now.

Edits, nooooo. And the longer it's been, the harder it is to bring yourself to look at it and edit it, I tend to feel. I couldn't ever focus on something I'd put in the past mentally, I think!

My "shoulds" are doing better--I'm lucky they're all at rather exciting points, that really helps. :)
