As you said, Clark wouldn't murder anyone but he could get away with it. In Smallville canon, both Lex and Oliver have technically gotten away with murder (Lex killed his father, Lionel, and Oliver killed Lex), but in my WIP, I suppose it would be Lois though like Clark, she wouldn't kill in the first place.
