superhero_muses--What word do you use like it's going out of style?
Well, I just have to say that when I write casually, especially, it's just kind of easy to just, you know, add a word here or there that just... weakens the impact enough that I can just relax and not worry about it too much. (I have to go through and find all my "justs" after writing and try to weed them out!)
I had someone tell me once that she could always tell which fic is mine in an exchange because I never fail to use "eldritch" somewhere. I've tried to cut it down a bit since then.
So what writing is just making you happy this week and what is just giving you fits? :)
