--Which fic has been the easiest to write?

Oh, that's a harder question to answer than hardest fic. Anything involving snarky banter covering up pining and including an awkward moment of intimacy at the end (i.e. 80% of my one-shots) was probably easiest. :)

I had a good writing week! I finished a long one-shot I've been working on for ages, finished another chapter, and am making good progress on everything at the moment. Happiness! I hope your easiest fic to work on is the one you're working on right now!

Strangely, I'd probably pick Destiny in the Blood, my epic BDSM AU for Smallville. It was a NaNo story and it just flew from my fingers over the month. Really happy with that one even after all these years.

I was doing all right but then I caught a cold on Tuesday and my productivity bottomed out. Plus I'm going off on a Writer's conference this weekend (Tomorrow! OMG!) so I expect no writing at all until I get home again on Sunday. Probably Monday. But it should be a really good conference--all about the publishing side of things rather than the writing side of things. :D

Will you be doing NaNo again this year? If it were any other month (okay, maybe not December) I'd give it a crack sometime, but November? I have meetings and travel every weekend, it would be doomed to failure before I began. *sigh* I do so love reading about success stories with NaNo, though!

I hope the conference went great! Publishing is such a complex business now, I'm sure a conference on it could be really useful!

I plan to, not that it's appreciably different from other months for me. Still, it's always nice to have company in the madness. ;)

I'm actually there right now! I'll be here all week and I'll come home next Sunday. :D So farit's really interesting but today is the first full day so there's a long ways to go yet.
