I think it depends on the story and how stressed I am. Also how late at night get to my writing. Most of the time I find it energizing but if I'm super stressed or I leave writing to the last thing each night (which I have been lately due to being far too busy) I end up exhausted. A satisfied sort of exhausted but still exhausted.
