superhero_muses--You get a great idea at an inopportune time (showering, driving, falling asleep). What do you do?
Assuming I can't get at a notebook or computer, usually I repeat it over and over to myself as verbatim as possible--often I'll try to link it to some specific trigger for my memory as well, like "When you brush your teeth next, remember you had a great idea for a bathroom sex scene." That often is enough to make sure it stays in my head--but there's nothing worse than when I go to brush my teeth and remember that indeed, I had a great idea, but the existence of the idea is all I can remember. *sigh*
Writing has been pretty good! I found a wonderful manga about a girl living on the Central Asian steppes in the 1800s that I'm using as inspiration for a story, and a whole new site has been launched with clever, thoughtful professional wrestling content to fuel me, so in terms of ideas I'm in a great place. Time--not so much, but I'm doing better at grabbing little bits here and there. Oh, DC is releasing a bunch of new titles with female authors and/or artists soon, and that's got me happy! How about you?
