mithen--Tried anything new with your writing lately? (style, POV, genre, fandom?)
Nonfiction! Well, it's not new, but I did finally bite the bullet and start a Substack newsletter--but not for the monetization options, just because I wanted to have a place to call my own. I'd been posting most of my nonfiction on a group blog that I wasn't a mod for, and more and more I've wanted to move to a place that is less likely to get shut down without my input, so... there it is! My first piece got a really nice reception and I've got about a hundred subscribers now, and as a result I'm feeling more inspired than I have in quite a while (I would love to say I'm entirely internally-motivated, but I confess getting positive reactions is extremely inspiring, lol...)
