mithen--Do you like word sprints, or sites like Write or Die? Do you write well under pressure?
I don't, actually! I actually work well under pressure on the whole, but deadlines get me going more than things like word sprints. Though right now I could use the prod! I've gotten wound up in worldbuilding for Paradise Island--I've always enjoyed worldbuilding for Krypton, and Paradise Island is quite similar in that it has a lot of different versions out there and it's vague about which one is canon at any given time. Like, do I want there to be riding kangas? Or the version where they rape passing soldiers and then abandon the male babies (spoiler: possibly yes to the former, and definitely no to the latter). It's fun! How goes the writing for you and do you need a prod to get going, or are you making good progress?
