mithenToo much travel means I lose track of when to post this, so last week is a loss, but this week I am back with a shiny new post! :D
Not much writing going on here because I've been staying at a variety of family houses, alas. I'm about to put on headphones and doggedly power through the last part of this chapter, however, or it'll never get done! In other WiP news, I'm writing a story set on Valeron (if you read the pre- or post- reboot Power Girl series, it's basically a world where everything is a 70s cliche) and wow, it is difficult to write something with a really clear historical setting like that (even though I can totally cheat because it's not the 70s, it's an alien planet that happens to feel 70s!). Bring on the polyester, lava lamps, and bell bottoms, baby...
Have you ever written a period piece? If so, what period do you like to write most/which is hardest?
