Good question. Since there was little hint on the show, I'll go with my headcanon: Frank has an uncle in Maine with a cabin he would like to buy on his retirement after living his whole life in New York City.
Adam? I doubt he'll last in police work (too susceptible to burn-out) so I think he'd like to come along! ☺️
