A reason I moved it, aside from being done with livejournal as a whole, was to escape one such reader who while they were fairly important in my personal life at the time, liked to leave really clueless comments on my fiction posts.
I always fear being that kind of reader, because I know it can be really galling! Now and then I get a response by a writer that tells me I missed something, and I have to bite my lip and not come charging back in saying "SORRY SORRY I'M NOT AN IDIOT I PROMISE." I just resolve to get it more right next time, usually. :)
