Uh, Sami Zayn is a Cancer (July 12), apparently. A quick Google reveals:
Lack of patience or even love will manifest through mood swings later in life, and even selfishness, self-pity or manipulation. They are quick to help others, just as they are quick to avoid conflict, and rarely benefit from close combat of any kind, always choosing to hit someone stronger, bigger, or more powerful than they imagined.
Well, he doesn't LOOK quick to avoid conflict, but in the wrestling world where everyone punches everyone for their salary, that manifests as "quick to punch people to avoid having actual, meaningful emotional conflict," so... maybe? The selfishness and self-pity is firmly on display at the moment, certainly.
The Crab knows where they're going, but this is often in a wrong direction, at least until they learn their lessons and start relying solely on themselves.
Interestingly, I do think this is a lot of where Sami is right now! He's been relying on the love of the fans, but he didn't get enough, so now he's relying on Kevin's bottomless weird affirmation to keep him going, even though he knows that Kevin might suddenly turn on him at any time.
(Writing him has been a real challenge! He's still the same character but in the past couple of weeks has had a dramatic shift in his personality, one that makes sense but is very abrupt. Oh wrestling and your sudden character flips...) I've been writing a lot of the non-fiction and some tentative fiction with the revamped character, but it's been an interesting challenge! I hope your writing challenges have all gone well this week!
